    Whether you’re looking to lose 5 pounds or 50+, weight loss is a goal that many of us have.  For some, it may be that you simply want to drop a pant size or two, “tone up” a bit, or just look better naked.  For others, it could be a more serious issue in which your doctor has advised that you need to lose weight for health reasons.  Or maybe you’re a new mom who is anxious to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight and it’s proving to be more difficult than you thought it would be.  Wherever you fall on this spectrum, we have a solution for you.  And because everyone is different, our nutrition plans are too.  What may work for a 32-year-old working mother is not necessarily going to work for a 65-year-old retiree with Type 2 Diabetes.  You are unique and your nutrition plan should cater to your specific needs.   Salt Nutrition will customize a plan that is right for YOU – we look at YOUR body type, health history, lifestyle, and goals to determine what the best course of action is for YOU, and we monitor your progress every step of the way to hold you accountable.  We are in the business of RESULTS that can be sustained through lifestyle changes, not quick fix fad diets that end up leaving you right back where you started (or worse).

    Nutrition has a huge impact on athletic performance.  Unfortunately, athletes often do not get the proper nutrition required to fuel their workouts and achieve their desired performance and/or body composition goals.  Simply put, an athlete’s diet can make or break them.  Here at Salt Nutrition we work with athletes of all ages and training levels, customizing plans that are designed to support the individual athlete’s goals.  For those looking for guidance both in the kitchen and in the gym, Salt offers individual workout programming as well.  Whether you’re a seasoned athlete looking to improve and prepare for an upcoming event or you’re a recreational athlete who wants to start taking your training more seriously, we can help you get there.

We believe in SUSTAINABLE lifestyle change that only comes from developing consistent habits, and it doesn’t happen overnight. We recommend that our clients commit to a minimum of 3 months with our program in order to yield lasting results.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

One-on-one initial assessment and consultation (1 hour) during which we discuss your goals, struggles, medical history, and medications/supplements to determine the best course of action for your nutritional counseling. Should you decide to move forward with a monthly plan, the consult fee will go towards your first month.

For those who are extremely self-disciplined and just want a plan to follow on their own. The combo includes:

SALT “Graduate” Program

The program for clients who have successfully worked with us for a minimum of 3-6 months. Our Graduate Program is designed for those who have mastered the basics and require less frequent check-in’s, but still require some accountability. A great maintenance option, this program includes bi-weekly or monthly check-ins with your Nutrition Coach and is priced accordingly. At-home workout programming is also available as a supplemental service.
